sky 7hd was overhead when that scovery was made around a 5:00 this afternoon. authorities will not say what type of body part was found. east bay regional police are no spearheading the investigation. tonight a14-year-old boy has been arrested on suspicion ofexual assault in an elementary school bathroom. it happened late this afrnoon in alameda at ruby bridges elemtary. police got a call about the assault. officers arrested the boy near the school. the victim is described as a young girl. she was taken to the hospital and there is no information on how she is doing. a popular restaurant where people wait hour for a table is closing because of an out break of e-coli. they postea notice on the front door tonight and the city health department is reporting 14 people with cases of e-col including 9 who ate at berma superstar. there is no on going health

fought cancer is learning his family must now fight t keep his beloved swing set. abc7 newreporter with the story from loss altos. >> are you ready for another? here we go. >> reporter: for the lst few months little weston has been enjoying his backyard swing set. it has been a tough year for this 5-year-old. >> we found out he was diagnosed with lymphoma. he was in a terminal condition. >> reporter: marshall is weston's dad and he asked us not to use his name to protect him him -- protect his privacy. he has been in and out of the

until that is completed. >> reporter: as weston coinues to recover his family says the ing is a big help. san francisco police say they finally got their man. he is not a suspect though. he is a hero. it is a story y will see only on abc news. an officer was working alone when she responded to a report of vdalism. the suspect started attacking the officer and beating her th her own club and trying to tke her gun. he was crossing the street when he saw what was happening. he grabbed the suspect and held her down. >> the officer was in a chokehold a was kind of -- had the officer agast the call and kind of banging her -- kind of beating her head into the wall a little bit. >> it took police a few days to find m and thank him.

the figure was installed after e 1989 earthquake and the iron worrs say it is a protection against natural disasters. a fire chief's suspicions about the cause of the fire burning near yosemite have a lot of people talking tonight. th as firefighters -- this as firefighters continue to make small gains. they have it 35% contained and that's up from32% earlier today. the fire has now burned more than 213,000 acres. the cause is unclear, although the fire chief in a small town says he has andea during a community meeting. we know it is human caus and there is no lightning in the area. there may be illegal marijuana growth there. we talked to the u.s. forest service and the agency is stillnvestigating the fire. the fost service is aware of the chief's comments, but they say there is still no official cause. anne anne it is time to check on our holiday weather. -- >> iis time to check on our liday weather. >> it will be changing.
